Where do I see my plan and billing?

Open Account, then Payment. Billing belongs to the bot owner. A collaborator sees “Billing is managed by the bot owner” or “Managed by the bot owner.”

Select the website first if the page asks for a chatbot.
Chatbot Subscription shows the plan name, status, trial days left, price, included features, included services, and plan limits. Unlimited means that limit is not capped.
Subscribe starts checkout. Cancel subscription schedules the end of the plan. Service stays on until the date shown as “Cancels on” or “Active until.”
The page also shows Website Builder plans, with the current plan marked, and shipping label plans for the shop.

The dashboard does not take a custom plan change in the form. Read the plan name and status on the Payment page. For a plan change, email Maggie.xu@nextaisite.com or call (647) 881-9029. Do not send a card number in chat.
