Where do I set the chatbot greeting?

1. Open Chatbot, then Bot introduction. This item is on a desktop browser.
2. Edit the short description of who the bot is and how it should greet people. Prompt templates are starting points.
3. Save after editing.
4. Open Try your chatbot after Training or Bot introduction to see whether the answers changed.

Bot introduction is not the same as Training. Training is facts. Bot introduction is the bot’s voice and opening. Appearance sets how the chat button looks and where it sits.
